Visa USA, MasterCard Inc. and Diners Club have agreed to pay in total 336 million dollars under the claim for overestimate of cost of converting of currencies and concealment of cost of services at service of electronic credit cards. As representatives of American law firms Berger & Montague PC and Lerach, Coughlin, Stoia, Geller, Rudman & Robbins have informed, the agreement on pre-judicial payment of indemnifications should be approved by one of courts of New York. On conditions of the agreement, money will go on payment of indemnifications to owners of credit cards and on a covering of a legal costs, Associated Press informs.
